  Hi there,
  I am trying to add the instagram feed to my wordpress blog. I am following the steps provided (https://smashballoon.com/instagram-feed/free/), however when I click authorise, then the page just goes blank and doesn’t reload onto the customize tab. I have logged into my instagram account on another tab and am using google chrome. I have tried removing the instagram widget and trying again however it isn’t working?! Please help!

  Those instructions are for WordPress.org sites. We can’t install plugins here at WordPress.com for security reasons (here’s how the two types of WordPress differ).

  That said there are a number of ways to integrate your site with your Instagram account. There’s an Instagram widget for your sidebars or footer areas (which you seem to have already set up). You can embed Instagram posts into your posts and pages automatically or using the shortcode. And finally you can display an Instagram badge in a text widget.
