instagram feed embedding in page
-
Hi – I have added an Instagram feed block to a page on my wordpress site, but the feed is not appearing. When I look at the page in the wordpress editor the block is there, but the photos from my feed are not – just a series of pulsing grey blocks that don’t resolve into images no matter how long I wait.
I have disconnnected and reconnected my instagram account a couple of times in the marketing tools, but this doesn’t seem to do anything.
thanks,
adam

Hi Adam,
There a quite a few sites under your account, could you share a link to the page where this happens? I’ll be happy to have a look.

Hi @seamedbyday, I can’t quite see the page you’re struggling with, but I did notice your account comes with chat-based support, which will be faster than working through our forums. Can you reach out here?

Hi staff-mckluskey – this is the page in question: https://theotheradamford.wordpress.com/photography/

Hi Adam –
I can see the feed loading on that page. Are you still unable to see it? Please take a screen shot of what you’re seeing, add it to the site’s media library where we can take a closer look at that.
Double check that there aren’t any browser updates needed. There could be an extension running interference, so it’s worth turning those off. You can also try clearing the browser cache once: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
