  I don’t understand why it is so hard to post a very important article onto my mental health support group Instagram page

  Can you give us more information about what your end goal is? Are you trying to post a link from your blog to Instagram or the other way around? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

  If you’re trying to add a link from your blog to Instagram, they greatly limit the types of links you can add to posts or stories so that may be the issue you’re seeing. You may want to check with Instagram support to confirm.
