Instagram slideshow

Hi,
I’m looking for a way to insert an Instagram slideshow into the side bar of my wordpress.com blog. I have tried using sites such as SnapWidget however the code deletes itself after I have saved the copied and pasted text into a text widget. Apparently these types of codes don’t work on wordpress.com, only wordpress.org.
I am aware that there is now an Instagram widget that I can use, however this widget doesn’t give me the option to display my Instagram pics as a slideshow, only in a grid.
Has anyone got any ideas as to how I would create an Instagram slideshow for my sidebar?

If you can get FLASH code rather than iframe code, you could adapt it using the Gigya shortcode to work here.

I did have a quick look at the support page before posting this, but from what I can see you have to add the pictures you want in the slideshow. I can’t simply link it to my Instagram, so any new pics that I upload on Instagram won’t show up in the slideshow unless I manually upload them.
How would I go about obtaining a FLASH code? And can you elaborate further on the Gigya shortcode? Sorry, I’m quite new to all of this as you can probably tell!

If Instagram gives you teh option for an “old” embed code instead of iframes, then you can convert that into Gigya code and that WILL work at WP.com. Instructions are here: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/07/17/gigya-2-flickr-slideshows/
Yes, it says Flickr but Instagram should work similarly.
