  I am trying to upload Instagram stories I have saved to my WordPress but it keeps saying the file type is wrong. What file type should I be using?

  Hi there!

  It’s not possible to embed Instagram stories if that’s what you’re trying to do. You can only embed the posts:

  Display Instagram Posts

  If you’d like to share your stories, you’ll want to download them as videos and share them as such. To be able to upload videos though, you’d need plan Premium.
