Instagram und Co verlinken

  Hello
  I´ve got two problems. I wanted to add buttons to my homepage where people can et to my instagram or facebook channel. And i wanted to a add an instagram widget but i dont know how to do it… Can someone help me??
  by the way i only have the free version of wordpress
