wp.com beginner here: are there currently any instagram widgets that work? i saw that the main instagram widget doesn’t work anymore, but i’m not sure if i’m missing something… does anyone know if will they be releasing a new widget soon or have they given up on it?

Make sure you are logged into Instagram when doing the widget set up.
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.

This particular widget needs to be authorized using the WP admin widget page rather than the customizer. If you go to Dashboard > Appearance> Widgets from the WP Admin dashboard and authorize the widget from there, you’ll have much better luck.
