Instagram widget

Is there a problem with the Instagram widget? It had been working fine but I just noticed that it’s down: “There was an error retrieving images from Instagram. An attempt will be remade in a few minutes.”

I tried adding an Instagram widget to my test account to see if I could recreate the issue and was able to get it set up fine. While I didn’t see another post in the forums about this issue, I did see that there are other sites on WordPress.com who have the same message where the Instagram widget should be after searching online.
I’ve gone ahead and tagged your post with ‘modlook’ so a member of staff can take a look. Someone will be in touch shortly and appreciate your patience! :)

Have you recently made any changes to your Instagram, for example, changing the password? If so, you may need to re-authorize the widget. Please try that even if you haven’t made any changes on Instagram – the authorization on their end could also simply have expired.
Go to https://blogbloglbogob.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php and delete the widget, and go to Instagram settings and remove WordPress from the Apps section there. Then add and authorise a new widget.
