Instagram widget

  hi there, my IG widget was working fine in my sidebar until recently

  I followed the instructions here

  I am logged into IG on my laptop where I am making these changes. I have done this about 10 times now and it never refreshes and shows me the options for the IG widget.

  Can you please help?

  Hey there,

  Did you deactivate your Instagram Widget? If you can reactivate it so we can see what you’re seeing on you end, that will help us assist you with the issue.

  To clarify, your Instagram feed is not refreshing to reflect the most up date IG posts from your account? Are you on the option page below and unable to save?

  I am not sure what you mean by deactivating my IG widget – how can I tell? When I look at my IG settings, it states I have given wordpress access to my account. My IG feed is not showing up at all on my blog.

  When I go to Tools-> Connections, my IG account is connected

  you mentioned the option page – did you mean to attach a photo?

  So have you removed the Instsgram widget from the widget area? If yes, this would need to be added back in.

  after I click on the connect button & authorize IG, no confirmation page happens. I get booted out of the widgets area

  when I go back in, it is saying the same thing – to connect. When I click on visibility, I see this

  Thank you for the detailed information! It looks like you’re seeing a bug we recently discovered in the Instagram widget.

  To note – you were doing everything right! It’s just a problem with that widget at the moment and our development team is working on a fix for this.

  I don’t have an ETA as to when it will be fixed, but we’ll let you know in this thread when it is.
