  hi there,

  just trying to find away around this …. trying to add the widget for Instagram just now – I am logged in and everything, but every time I click on Authorise Instagram Access I am left with a blank screen!

  Can you please help. Thanks.

  The Instagram widget allows you to display your latest Instagram photos in your site’s sidebar and the guide for setting up the only one that will work on a wordpress.COM hosted blog is here https://en.support.wordpress.com/instagram/instagram-widget/

  Is your Instagram account public? Or is is private, and therefore, blocked when it comes to display of images in the widget on your blog? And, are you logged in when authorizing it?

  This particular widget needs to be authorized using the WP admin widget page rather than the customizer. If you go to Dashboard > Appearance> Widgets from the WP Admin dashboard and authorize the widget from there, you’ll have much better luck.   The Admin login link for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

  *All you need to do is replace NAME_OF_BLOG with your actual blog name in the URL.
