  I can’t seem to authorise my Instagram account through WordPress despite following all of the instructions. Please help if you can

  Hi there,

  Try following the instructions on the support document, but do so by accessing through your WP admin page rather than the customizer. Other users have reported having an issue using customizer.

  Your WP Admin dashboard:
  https://anotherbookfortheshelf.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  From the WP Admin dashboard, you will go to Dashboard > Appearance> Widgets
