Instagram Widget not working!!!!

Hi, I have tried literally for the past hour, on my phone, computer, and also tablet, to get the instagram widget on my page. However, overtime I am at the point where I allow access to instagram, WordPress freezes up and/or takes me back to the ‘customize’ section. PLEASE HELP. This is very irritating. It should not take this long!

If you have difficulty authorising instagram read what follows.
Make sure you are logged into Instagram when doing the widget set up.
The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.

Navigate to > Dashboard > Appreance > Widgets

This particular widget needs to be authorized using the WP admin widget page rather than the customizer. If you go to Dashboard > Appearance> Widgets from the WP Admin dashboard and authorize the widget from there, you’ll have much better luck.
