Instagram widget not working

  Hi, my blog is http://www.frontierdiaries,me, I want to add the instagram widget to display pictures from my instagram account aside the blog page. I am able to add a badge but when it comes to the widget I never get to the authorisation page.Seems like I cannot get away the first step of adding the widget where it asks me to authorise instagram access.

  Hey there!

  Sorry you’re struggling with the authorization and installation process! I’d like you to try the same action in another browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. Please let me know if the same issue occurs.

  (Note: if you have granted WordPress.com access to your Instagram account in the past, then you will not see the authorization prompt. You should be able to simply install the widget.)

  If using a different browser doesn’t help, I’d like you to take some screen shots of your installation process, so I can see precisely where/when the trouble is happening. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

  Hi,
  thank you for your help!
  I reopened everything on Explorer, at home I work on a Mac, so Safari, instead.
  The authorization went through after a couple of trials, it is not clear what you have to choose when the message about “stay on page or leave page” appears. But with only two options you just try and one worked and finally Instagram got connected with WordPress. Instead on Safari nothing happened.
  It took few minutes for the authorization to got through but all worked.

  Yay! I won’t look a gift horse in the mouth :)

  I suspect what MAY have happened was that you have some pop-up blockers that didn’t allow the authorization box to open. I’m thrilled to hear that your experimenting worked.

  I see your Instagram widget, and your thumbnails. Nicely done!
