Instagram widget not working again.

The Instagram widget isn’t working again, and when I try to reconnect it I get this message: “There was a problem exchanging an Instagram access token for a long lived one.”

Use the Latest Instagram Posts block to display an automatically updating grid of your latest posts from your Instagram account. You can display Instagram posts on your site as long as you have a professional Instagram account – it’s free to convert your personal Instagram to a professional business or creator account.
Also, In case you have a WordPress.com Business or Commerce account, you don’t need to post to the community forums. You are eligible for priority direct support by following this guide.

Same here, we are also getting the error since the last few days. tried connecting the instagram account multiple times. but nothing changed. once in a while, it displays the feed, then it again throws the rror.

Oh my goodness, I’ve been having the same problem! The night before yesterday, the feed was working properly on WordPress. But then yesterday, it stopped showing up. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack to the IG account, as well as clearing cache on my browser. Nothing worked. I was internally panicking, because I was like, “do I need to buy some upgrade to fix this?” But I’m happy to know that this error isn’t due to something I did wrong. Hopefully it gets fixed soon, though, as having the feed up on my site is VERY important.

Thanks, Cici, and thanks everyone for answering. Solidarity is a comforting thing. Here’s an update on my end: I can connect to Instagram and the feed shows in the Customize bar, but not on the blog. Weird.
