Instagram Widget Will not display

    Error message in my sidebar for Instagram

    Hi there,

    I see this message on your Instagram widget:

    There was an error retrieving images from Instagram. An attempt will be remade in a few minutes.

    I hit “Unknown action” when trying to add an Instagram widget to my test site. This might be an issue with the Instagram API.

    I’ve added a modlook tag for Staff’s assistance on this issue.

    Hi there,

    If you haven’t done so already, please try the following:

    1. Remove the Instagram widget
    2. Click Publish
    3. Add the Instagram widget again
    4. Click Publish to activate the widget
    5. Finally, click Authorize Instagram Access and follow the steps to authorize it.
