  i have been tryung for so long but my instagram wont reconnect to my blog.

  Can you mention the link for the WordPress.com site/blog you seeking help for.

  And, If you connected an instagram widget prior to March 31, 2020 to a wordpress.com site, you will need to log into your account and reconnect your Instagram widget.
  Follow the steps mentioned here to do the same : https://wordpress.com/support/instagram/
