Instaling Jupiter 5 theme?

Hi I am a first time wordpress user, I am trying to Install Jupiter 5 as my wordpress theme for my site. Ive looked at several tutorials online who all go via the same route. Opening the wordpress desktop app and going to apperance, themes and installing throught there. I have searched my desktop app and can’t find and apperance tab anywhere.
I am by no means a technophobe but I have no experience in creating a website.
Any help would be hugely apprieciated.Matt

If you click on “My Site” and “Themes” you will see that Jupiter is not available here at WordPress.com. You’ll have to choose from the hundreds of free and premium themes available here unless you want to start again using WordPress.org.

Ah right ok. That makes sense. I have purchached the Jupiter theme so I will start again with wordpress.org. thanks for the help
