  Hello,
  I purchased a WordPress custom theme and it is not opening.
  Can I get some help? Is there a phone number?

  There is no phone support here at WordPress.COM and one cannot install a custom theme on any site hosted by wordpress.COM unless there is a Business upgrade for the site.

  Otherwise, the only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multi user software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Hi @talktosuz, in the past, you could only install outside themes if you were using your own copy of WordPress at another host.

  Now you can install them here, too, if you’re using WordPress.com Business:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  If you were hoping to go with a free site instead, you’ll want to use one of these themes:
  https://wordpress.com/themes
