  Hi, I like to install an external template in my blog wordpress. Specifically template “Frame photography”

  Hi Victor :)

  Since your blog is on WordPress.com, that means you can’t apply themes from other providers.

  Blogs with WordPress.org are the ones that have that functionality, but WordPress.com still has plenty of awesome themes to choose from.
