want to install/upload Elegant Theme Divi to wordpress

Help! I’m trying to install upload Elegant Themes Divi to WordPress. Youtube is saying to go to my dashboard appearance and select theme then install. I can’t see the install tab/button anywhere? Anybody?

Can’t find the “Install Themes” button on my WordPress dashboard!!!
Log in to wp-admin and click the Appearances > Themes tab. Next click the “Install Themes” button and then click the “Upload” link.

It is not possible to install plugins or themes on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction:
