Install Calendar to my blog

  Hi WordPress,

  Since my blog is hosted by WordPress, I am unable to install plugins. I would like to install http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ajax-event-calendar/ to my blog.

  Can you kindly install this plugin for me?

  That’s not possible here at all. There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install themes or plugins. Those with WordPress.org installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins.

  is there a calendar option through wordpress.com that is similar to the plugins available through .org? I am interested in a calendar for my blog to embed on a page instead of just using text
