Install Constant contact email sign up button

    I need to install the constant contact email list sign-up button into the static home page of my wordpress.com blog page. Will wordpress’s contact form link directly to constant contact to help me easily collect email addresses for those who want to subscribe to my newsletter, because they like my blog?
