Install Custom Theme

  Hello,

  I have just purchased a wordpress theme by Themeforest.net to make a wordpress site for our photography company. I am trying to follow instructions,being the first to go to themes and click on the upload button to install, but I don’t see it anywhere. Is there something extra I need to do in order to get that? Thanks!

  Hello there, Third party themes can only be used on self-hosted sites. On sites hosted here at WordPress.com, you must use one of the 250+ free and premium themes offered to you at http://theme.wordpress.com/.

  You will find there are themes that support photography-based sites.

  If you feel you must use your ThemeForest product, you may want to look into self-hosting your site via WordPress.org.
