  Hi – when I try to install a theme the proceed button is blocked and I can’t click on it. Can you please help as to why this is happening?

  Themes available for a site with a free plan are found at https://wordpress.com/themes
  Any other theme you find on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software. They can be used here at WordPress.com by upgrading to a Business plan.
