Install Google Analytics in my wordpress site

I would like to know how to install Google Analytics to my wordpress site, or template. The thing is, I haven’t got the option to do it, there is no way. So I’m thinking on buying a hosting, where I can touch the HTML, do you think I will be able to use Google Analytics once I bought the hosting.

There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins like Google Analytics on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. If you want that then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install. Here’s the comparison http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Are you using WordPress.com to host your site (siemprecorriendo.com) or did you host it somewhere else (e.g., GoDaddy, DreamHost). If you host it somewhere else besides WordPress.com you will have no problem using Google Analytics. However, if you are hosting it on WordPress.com I think you need a VIP or Enterprise package in order to do that.
