  Hi there, are you referring to a self hosted website or a site on WordPress.com?

  On WordPress.com you already have access to all of Jetpack’s features.

  If your site is self hosted you should check out this link for help over at the WordPress.org forums for Jetpack: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/

  You can search the forums over there for how to connect Jetpack to your WorPress.com account if that is something you want.
