  Hi! I want to install the Jetpack plugin for my new blog. Can you help me with that? I downlowded it but I don’t know how to install it.

  http://doctorcookies.com/ is a WordPress.com site and thus, does not need the Jetpack plugin. All Jetpack functionality is already available for WordPress.com sites.
