  Hi, How do I upload my theme to WordPress? I’m not getting the option to add a theme.

  If you have a free plan your options are at https://wordpress.com/themes/free. Themes found/purchased elsewhere are designed for sites using the wordpress.org software and can only be used here if you upgrade to a WordPress.com Business plan.
