    Hi saithama,

    You can choose your desired theme from a large collection which is available at:
    https://wordpress.com/themes/

    Please note you can’t manually upload themes or plugins to the blogs hosted here at WordPress.COM. This is a hosted platform which all the blogs share, so for security reasons manual uploading is not allowed.

    Themes however can be uploaded to self-hosted WordPress installs, for example a blog that you upload to web hosts like Bluehost.
