  Hey,
  I have a poetry subscription and I want to sell it through here. I want to know if I can install paypall in my free plan, and if not, which plan should I use to have it installed?

  You can add PayPal even with the free plan. However, the process to add a PayPal button is little different at WordPress.com. See the detailed process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/view-all/ page.
