  You would have to leave WordPress.com altogether, buy paid hosting, install software from WordPress.ORG. Plugins cannot be used at WP.com.

  Read what @raincoaster said right above your posting. Plugins are for self-hosted wordpress.ORG sites and cannot be used here for security reasons.
