  How can i install plugins in free wordpress domain???

  You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:

  P.S.: Is the same with free or custom domains & free, pemium or business plans.

  While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, as Galois noted, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
