Install plugins

  Hi, how can I install qTranslate plugin to this new wordpress?
  The wordpress dashboard version has changed regarding to 2 years ago, and I can’t install new plugins (or maybe just don’t find how), only those which are by default.

  Could you help me?

  Plugins can’t be installed at WordPress.com, as we install many already:

  https://wordpress.com/plugins/
