  Hi
  I’d like to install the Qtranslate plugin on my blog but it seems that i can’t do it. Can you help me ?

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  However, there’s a great guide on this page on how to add a Translation Widget.
