    Hello I paid the basic plan on Generatepress and wordpress but still could not install the theme. Should I upgrade to premium plan so we can stall them GENERATEPRESS ? thanks

    Hey there, we have several built-in themes, but if you want to install a third party theme, you would need our Business or eCommerce plan. Extra plugins and themes add complexity to our support and maintenance. Our service includes SSL hosting, direct WordPress support, spam protection, backups, maintenance, security, and a bunch of other features that don’t come with the free software:
