install theme?

    How can I install a free wordpress theme that is not listed in the WP gallery? In the past, there has been an “Install Theme” option, but I can no longer find it…

    As users of a free blog at WordPress.com, we aren’t able to upload themes. We are limited to the themes that are available in the menu already. The ability to install themes is limited to sites that are hosted at third party web hosts using the free WordPress software available at WordPress.org.
