install theme

  Hi,

  I’m trying to install a custom theme but, the option is not available to install a new one.

  Please advise. I have attached a screenshot of Appearance>Themes… There is no add new button.

  

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I just answered your other ticket about cancelling your upgrade, so I assume you’re realized that external themes, plugins, and ftp access are not available on WordPress.com hosted sites. If you need any help moving away from WordPress.com hosting, let me know!
