  Hello, the Install Theme/Upload Theme option is not available in my WP-Admin section. I purchased this and would like to install it. Thank you.

  I think you have purchased the theme but may be you do not install the wordpress correctly. if possible we can discuss and sort out this issue

  may be you do not install the wordpress correctly.

  Did not want the OP to be confused with a very bad piece of “information” and start asking about installing WordPress which comes pre-installed here
