install theme

    hello I have just bought a theme from blog milk. It tells me to go to ‘appearances’ then to ‘themes’ and then it should have an option to ‘install themes’ but i cannot see this option…can you help?

    Please note that themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
