  I’ve bought a theme in http://www.cssigniter.com but I can not install it on my wordpress.com account. There is no ‘Install Button’. Why?

  It’s not possible to install themes on WordPress.com. You can choose one from the many themes that are pre-installed for you, but can’t install your own.

  You can only install themes on self-hosted blogs.
