Install Theme button missing

  I purchased a theme from ThemeForest and need to install it into my blog. The instructions I’m following state that I should go to THEMES, then click on the INSTALL THEMES tab. The problem is that its not there. The only chose is MANAGE THEMES. I believe the INSTALL THEMES tab was there yesterday. Where could it be?
