Install theme from .ZIP ?

  i dont know to installing a wordpress theme using zip file, i need to install it, please.
  i know that the new version of wp dont include the installing from zip, only the wp’s market…
  there is no way to switch to an older version? so as to install via zip? please, do I really need it.

  can’t install third party themes here – you can only use the 220++ themes at at Dashboard >> appearance >> themes

  themes here are highly modified to run here for security and performance reasons – no FTP access either

  there is no method to change the version of wordpress? I could at least install the theme… :-(
