install theme i downloaded……….

  logged into admin panel for my domain. went to appearance and themes to upload a copy of a theme i dowloaded…it does not show install theme next to manage themes at the top of the page. am i missing something here.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
