install theme Premium Plan

  Hey there, how r thing going?
  I got a theme “out of wordpress” and i want to install it. My question is:
  i can do it only if i sign the Premium plan? It is included servidor service for my website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
