  I have download a theme for my blog, but i can’t install this theme.
  The buttom of “instal theme” in Apearence>Themes, is not showing

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It never will show. You have a WordPress.com blog. For security reasons you cannot upload themes to it. They are only for WordPress.org blogs. If you bought it, get your money back.

  how can i change to wordpress.org?

  Buy hosting. Install software from WordPress.org. Transfer the contents of your blog here into it via Export/Import on the Tools page of the dashboard. Install a theme. Install desired plugins. Buy a domain and map it to that website.
