  the install themes button disappeared even if I’m admin. How can I solve?

  Hi @derubeisstella, could you send a link to the web page you’re having trouble with? Also, are you looking at https://wordpress.com/themes ?

  Oh, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
