install themes [activate the theme from the Manage Themes tab]

  I have purchased customs themes now I am trying to upload it .and
  Installing via WordPress as per the instruction below
  Log into the WordPress admin area for your website.  Click Appearance and choose the Themes option.  At the top of the page click on to the Install Themes tab.  Choose the options Upload, and browse to the theme folder.  Upload the WordPress theme.  If successful, activate the theme from the Manage Themes tab.

  You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.

  Be aware that there is no FTP access to wordpress.COM hosted blogs like that site linked to your username and no upgrade changes that reality.

  You cannot upload any custom themes or third party themes or create your own theme here. You can do that only on wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   For a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
