Install Themes option on Dashboard > Appearance > Theme

    Hello, I upgraded and purchased a domain name (expandyourperception.com) on May 24, 2012.

    I wasn’t happy with the themes available and chose an elegant wordpress theme, which only works with self-hosting.
    I chose WestHost as a web host and replaced the nameservers with those of Westhost.

    I downloaded and installed wordpress from the Westhost file manager.

    I received an email confirming that both the change of nameserves and the installation of wordpress was successful.

    My problem is that I do not see the option “INSTALL THEMES” on the wordpress dashboard. I only see the “MANAGE THEMES” available.

    Have I missed a step or is it because 60 days haven’t yet expired from the purchase of the domain?

    I am having the same exact problem and can’t seem to find the solution. I purchased my domain and hosting with one company and selected/downloaded a theme from Themeforest, and do not see an option in my wp dashboard to “install themes” ugh.
    Did anyone get back to you on this?
