install third party themes

  Hi,

  I purchased a theme on the envato market and need to upload it so I can start building my site based on that theme. The instructions say to go to Appearances > Themes then click on the upload theme on the top of the page.
  I can’t seem to find a way to do that. There’s no button.
  How do I use my third party theme on WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please be informed that, WordPress.com doesn’t support uploading custom themes. You can find free and premium themes for WordPress.com sites here: https://theme.wordpress.com/

  WordPress.com support documents say,

  You can purchase the WordPress.com Premium or WordPress.com Business plan for your blog, which includes a Custom Design feature that allows you to edit the look and feel of any WordPress.com theme.

  Also

  You can move your WordPress.com blog to a web host that allows editing and uploading of completely custom themes, using the WordPress.org software.
