Install vertical Drop-Down Menu?? How/where to get??

  Hello Word press friends,

  Can someone out there please instruct me as to how to configure a vertical drop-down menu like the one on the left hand side of this word press site please?? http://www.njvolkswagendealer.com/20110818-nj-vw-dealer/

  that allows the user to select make, model & year of vehicle…..

  I`m new to this & do not know where to get such a menu…
